Joining a new personal training facility can be intimidating.

But it doesn’t have to be.

With Education being at the forefront of our company name, all trainers on staff are highly experienced holding multiple credentials, some with as much as 10-15 years of full time experience in the field. Upholding this high standard for our trainers, you can rest assured that you will be placing yourself into the hands of an experienced professional. Additionally, being a private studio with no membership fee, we provide our personal training services in an intimate environment with no contract locking you in. Simply pay for sessions as they are rendered!

1:1 Personal Training

Our personal training staff will assess your current ability level in relation to your goals and create a truly customized training plan tailored to you. We pride ourselves on teaching our client's not only the "HOW" but the "WHY" behind their training. Our goal is to better arm you with an understanding of proper movement and execution of the exercises in your program so that you can feel confident strength training with or without your Trainer!

Virtual Coaching

Do you want to become the sort of person who feels comfortable stepping into the gym on your own knowing exactly what to do to reach your fitness goals? Sign up for Virtual Coaching with any of our trainers and you will receive customized program design and continuous oversight on your movements to ensure you stay on track. This service can be used as a stand-alone OR in conjunction with in-person sessions. This is an excellent option for clients who seek to train on their own schedule, travel frequently, or lead busy lives that prevent them from seeing a trainer in person multiple times per week.

  Ester is a wonderful personal trainer who has built her reputation by honing her own skills, while passing it on to her clients. She will motivate and push you to your full capacity by understanding your needs and wants. She will guide by helping to create your own building blocks for physical and mental success through exercise. Now with opening the new studio Training Ed, she has devoted more time to develop these skills and has created a niche, in the typically male-dominated exercise community, that supports everyone.   Ester is an amazing person and a personal trainer. Over the years I have not only gained strength, lose weight, learned new skills but also received best motivational support.

When I started working out with Ester, I couldn’t even lift 10 lbs kettle bell and now I’m doing deadlifts over 100 lbs. In every change of my life and I had few of them, Ester made my sessions adaptable to all my needs. Whether we workout at the commercial gym or home gym, the sessions were always engaging and gave me results.

I’m so proud of what she has achieved over all these years and now accomplishing the biggest dream of her life, her own gym! I’m so happy and excited to be part of this next step.   This training studio is amazing! It's so clean and all the equipment is brand new and top of the line. The coaches are great and knowledgeable. I love how the coaching is individualized and they also provide nutritional guidance so I know what to eat to meet my goals. Plus the ripped teddy bear is awesome!   Ester continually amazes me with her knowledge.  I have a pain and she finds an exercise that can fix the problem and within a few days of performing this exercise the pain goes away.  My body looks younger and my confidence has increased 10 fold. I am glad I found her.  I highly recommend Ester for a well knowledgeable, professional trainer.
